Expectant parents will learn to navigate childbirth and labor with confidence and knowledge of the birth process. You will gain technical knowledge as you learn to trust your intuition and listen to your body during this interactive, hands-on childbirth course.

The Mongon Method

In this class you, with the help of your partner, will learn to experience birthing free of the fear that prevents the muscles of your body from functioning as nature intended them to. In this calm state, your body’s natural relaxants and endorphins replace the stress hormones that constrict and cause pain.


Learn to put full trust in your body’s ability to do what nature intended it to do with confidence and ease.

Fit Mom/Happy Mom

Whether you are a beginner or a long time fitness enthusiast, this class is the perfect way to better physical health during pregnancy or after giving birth. You will use weights, your own bodyweight, and a mat to work on upper and lower body strength as well as core exercises. All exercises will be at your own pace and designed for you to start moving your body again.

Heal Your Pelvic Floor with Dr. Carly

During pregnancy and postpartum, your core and pelvic floor go through a lot of changes! Learn about pelvic health as you are guided through strengthening and relaxation progressions. Carly is a doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction and postpartum rehabilitation.

Prenatal Corrective Exercise
Come meet with a Pregnancy Corrective Exercise Specialist to learn how to stay fit and safely prepare for childbirth while attempting to identify and prevent problems, as they arise, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis, lower back pain, etc.

Postpartum Corrective Exercise
A specialist will provide appropriate, progressive, and an individualized exercise plan to:

  • safely return to exercise postpartum

  • support recovery from pelvic floor dysfunction and/or diastasis

  • assess and correct posture and breathing deficits

  • help prevent and alleviate pain in the postpartum period and beyond

Yoga/Mommy & Me


Come and connect with your baby through comfortable movements and meditation while working on your mind, body, and spirit.

Mommy & Me Music

During this 30 minute music class, children will explore rhythm, dynamics, melody and other aspects of musicality using various instruments and repertoire. The main focus of class is to have a fun time! Class is geared for newborns to two and a half years. Siblings welcome!

Family CPR & First Aid

Be prepared for all kinds of boo-boos with this two hour class focusing on Infant, Child and Adult CPR and First Aid. CPR certification is available.

Lactation Support

BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby)

A trained Doula or Lactation Consultant will join the group for support and answer any questions. This is not a breast-feeding class. It is designed to give new moms the opportunity to share their experiences and learn from each other.

Breastfeeding & Newborn Care

This class covers the basics of breastfeeding and newborn care. Some of the topics include: bonding, understanding cues, safety, hygiene, skin to skin, pumping, a great latch, and when to call a medical professional. It is a great tool to get you and your new family off to a happy and healthy start once you arrive home. We practice swaddling, diapering, dressing, and feeding. Partners welcome to attend!

This class is ideal for expectant moms to navigate the basics of breastfeeding with confidence and support. Our IBCLC will help prepare you with evidence-based information to guide expectant mothers and their partners for a successful breastfeeding experience.
