This childbirth education and holistic Lamaze course is designed to help expectant parents feel informed, confident, and prepared for labor and birth. Through interactive, hands-on learning, you’ll gain a clear understanding of the stages of labor, what to expect during a hospital birth, and how to use comfort measures and breathing techniques to support the body during labor.
This class blends evidence-based childbirth education with holistic tools that support both the physical and emotional aspects of birth. Partners learn practical ways to provide effective support, and families leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and ready for their birth experience — whether planning a medicated or unmedicated birth.

Love Your Labor® – Condensed Childbirth Education Class in Northern New Jersey
Love Your Labor® is a condensed childbirth education class designed for parents-to-be who want a focused, practical overview of what to expect during labor and delivery. In this 3.5-hour labor and birth preparation class, you’ll learn the key stages of labor, common hospital procedures, comfort and coping techniques, and how to feel more confident and prepared for the birth experience.
This class is ideal for families who are short on time but still want clear, supportive, evidence-based guidance to help them approach labor and birth with knowledge, confidence, and support.

Join our live virtual HypnoBirthing® class, taught using The Mongan Method, and learn evidence-based techniques to help you approach childbirth with calm, confidence, and trust in your body.
This online HypnoBirthing class is designed to be taken from the comfort of your home, allowing you to relax while learning proven methods for fear-free childbirth. You and your birth partner will learn how the body is naturally designed to give birth, and how relaxation, breathing, visualization, and deep focus can help reduce discomfort and support a more positive birth experience.
Throughout the course, you’ll gain tools to:
• Understand the physiology of birth
• Release fear and tension surrounding labor
• Build confidence in your body’s natural instincts
• Use relaxation techniques, breathing, and visualization to support labor
• Encourage the body’s natural release of endorphins for comfort

Breastfeeding & Newborn Care
This 3 hour class covers the basics of breastfeeding and newborn care. Some of the topics include: bonding, understanding cues, safety, hygiene, skin to skin, pumping, a great latch, and when to call a medical professional. It is a great tool to get you and your new family off to a happy and healthy start once you arrive home. We practice swaddling, diapering, dressing, and feeding. This class is for both parents.
