I wish I found The Nesting Place 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my twins. Having a doula made all the difference, but what made an even bigger difference was hiring Alison. Alison and I connected instantly, and I had my fingers crossed the entire phone call hoping that she was available to become my doula. I was so happy with Alison, my delivery, the information given and all of the resources that were provided. What I love the most is not only do you get an amazing doula, but a new family member forever.

There are not enough words I can say to express how incredible the Nesting Place is! Janna was my birthing class instructor and doula during the birth of my son and having her there made the experience so much less stressful!! She is a perfect support person and I honestly don't know how my husband or I would have gotten through it without her. Janna went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and safe before, during, and after the birth. She was always available to answer questions during my pregnancy and after I had my son. I ended up having some complications that ended in a c-section. Janna was there every step of the way explaining what was happening, and supporting my husband and me. Janna's energy is unmatchable and I would never want to go through a birth without her by my side! Every employee I have met through the Nesting Place is incredibly smart in their field and made me feel as though I am in the best hands possible. If you are looking for a class, doula, or support group - The Nesting Place is the only way to go!!!!

My water breaking at 36 weeks 6 days was definitely NOT in the birth plan! 🤦♀️ But thanks to The Nesting Place, I was ready to handle this unexpected twist. Their childbirth course prepared me with the knowledge of possible interventions and delivery procedures while their Hypnobirthing course taught me relaxation strategies and provided me with the confidence to conquer my tension-free, unmediated birth. After delivering beautiful baby Isabelle, the tools provided by their breastfeeding and newborn class made this first-time mama feel like a veteran. 🙌 Huge shout out to Alison (owner of the Nesting Place & leader of the pregnancy & new moms support group), Janna (instructor of the childbirth and hypnobirthing courses), and Rachel (lactation consultant for the breastfeeding & newborn class)! 💕

After speaking with Barb for advice, my wife and I felt confident about going forward with TNP for a private virtual childbirth class. They are fantastic! Everyone is very easy to work with, gave great advice, and was very knowledgeable. We are feeling much more prepared than before taking the childbirth ed and also the breastfeeding course. We highly recommend The Nesting Place.

Having limited family support as a result of the pandemic, the Nesting Place came through for us with the support and care that we and our little one needed at our time of need. From their birth doulas to virtual classes to postpartum doulas, we used all these services and would 100% recommend them without hesitation. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism as well as high quality of care for our son. It was clear that everyone working for this agency has a true passion for all things babies!
