Perinatal Counseling
We're here to help. No pregnant or new mom should have feelings of depression, anxiety, or just not feeling like yourself during pregnancy Perinatal mental health problems are those which occur during pregnancy or the first year after the birth of a child. If you are experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety or just not feeling like yourself, let us set up a meeting with you and our LCSW/perinatal mood counselors.

Acupuncture Therapy
Pregnancy symptoms and working through your fertility journey can be tiring and stressful. Acupuncture works by reducing stress, increasing blood flow to essential reproductive organs, and helping to balance the endocrine system. It can also decrease nausea, body aches and exhaustion. Prenatal Massage
When provided by a prenatal certified massage therapist, a prenatal massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as backache, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema. Together you will develop a plan that will help you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and pain free while preparing your body for birth.

Postpartum Massage
Postpartum bodywork is an effective and holistic approach for many adjustments to motherhood. The unique postpartum benefits include hormonal regulation, reduced swelling, better sleep and improved breastfeeding. Massage will help to return your body to its pre-pregnancy condition, speed healing, and assists in C-section recovery.

Birth Doula
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
Postpartum Doula
A postpartum doula provides evidence based information on subjects such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. A postpartum doula is there to help a new family in those first few months after bringing home baby.

Placenta Encapsulation Services
The nourishing and sacred placenta can be dried, ground and encapsulated for postpartum recovery.
There are wonderful benefits in the placenta. It contains Vitamin A, B6, B12, and K. It can also boost iron levels. Encapsulation can support milk production, help decrease bleeding after delivery, stabilize emotions, and aid in producing an energy boost. It can also alleviate common PMS symptoms once your cycle is restored.
There are many ways the placenta can be prepared.
Gentle method, Capsules, RAW method, Tinctures, Placenta infused oil for your skin, Smoothie consumption and more.

Baby Basics
Head to Toe Newborn Education
This 3 hour in-home postpartum education session, taught by a certified postpartum doula, is ideal for brand new parents in the first 24-72 hrs of baby’s arrival home. You will learn all about: breast/bottle feeding, bathing & grooming, umbilical cord care, circumcision care (when applicable), swaddling, mommy self care, partner tag teaming and more. It is highly recommended to book this service in your second or third trimester so we can accommodate you. Every effort will be made to provide services for parents who call after the baby's arrival, but can not guarantee immediate availability.
Session price is $350.00

Lactation Consultation
