Childbirth Education
Expectant parents will learn to navigate childbirth and labor with confidence and knowledge of the birth process. You will gain technical knowledge as you learn to trust your intuition and listen to your body during this interactive, hands-on childbirth course.
Optimal time to start this course is approx. 20 weeks or after. The course consists of (2) three hour & 15 minute sessions.
Class price is $386.25 which includes a 3% processing fee and 30.00 for materials.

Love Your Labor
A condensed child birth education class for parents-to-be that focuses mostly on what to expect during labor and delivery. This 3 hour labor/delivery prep will provide you with the knowledge and resources needed to labor and birth with confidence.
Class price is $257.50 which includes a 3% processing fee and $15.00 for materials.

The Mongon Method
In this class you, with the help of your partner, will learn to experience birthing free of the fear that prevents the muscles of your body from functioning as nature intended them to. In this calm state, your body’s natural relaxants and endorphins replace the stress hormones that constrict and cause pain.
Learn to put full trust in your body’s ability to do what nature intended it to do with confidence and ease.

Family CPR & First Aid
Be prepared for all kinds of boo-boos with this one hour class focusing on Infant, and Child CPR and First Aid. CPR certification is available. Private/In-Person Classes are Available.

In Person Starting Solids - Baby's Choice
"Baby Led Weaning"
A class for parents interested in learning how to introduce a variety of foods to their baby for the first time. It will demonstrate how to prepare and serve fruits, vegetables and proteins, along with allergens to your baby in a safe and appealing manner. In order to efficiently teach the content in our brief amount of time together, our teacher asks that you leave little ones at home for this class!
Class price is $180.25 per person, which includes $15 for materials and a 3% processing fee.

Zumbini with Sarah
Dance, sing, and learn with Zumbini. This is a 9 week session, classes are mixed ages from 6 weeks - 4 years old and are 45 minutes in length. The price below includes take home music, a story book and Zumbini plush character. Please click on the day and time to register.
The total cost for the 9 week session is $262.70 which includes a $7.70 processing fee. There is a $0.90 processing fee for the single drop in classes as well, which makes the total $30.90. *Drop ins are welcome if the class is not at capacity. Breastfeeding & Newborn Care
This 3 hour class covers the basics of breastfeeding and newborn care. Some of the topics include: bonding, understanding cues, safety, hygiene, skin to skin, pumping, a great latch, and when to call a medical professional. It is a great tool to get you and your new family off to a happy and healthy start once you arrive home. We practice swaddling, diapering, dressing, and feeding. Partners are encouraged to attend!
Class price is $206.00 which includes a 3% processing fee.
